Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026

Inspired Options Inc is committed to making inspiredoptionscare.com accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is especially important to us given the population we serve.

Our Goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.

What We Have Done

To support accessibility, this website includes:

  • Semantic HTML — Proper use of headings, lists, landmarks, and form labels so screen readers can navigate clearly
  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements can be reached and activated using only a keyboard
  • Visible focus indicators — Highlighted outlines show which element is currently focused when using a keyboard
  • Skip navigation link — A "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page allows keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation
  • Color contrast — Text and background colors are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Plain language — Content is written at an 8th grade reading level or below to support cognitive accessibility
  • Mobile-responsive design — The site works on all screen sizes and devices
  • Descriptive link text — Links are written to make sense out of context
  • Alternative text — Images include descriptions for screen reader users
  • ARIA labels — Interactive components include accessible names and roles

Known Limitations

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any content that is difficult to access, please let us know (see Contact below).

Some third-party content (such as embedded maps or external links) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We do our best to select accessible third-party tools.

Assistive Technology Support

This website is designed to work with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack)
  • Browser zoom tools (we recommend zooming up to 200% without loss of content)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High-contrast browser modes
